Return Request Form for Under Warranty Repair, Replacement or Restock / Refund
 

This https:// secure form is for sending product back under warranty for repair, replacement or refund / restock.

Instructions:
1. Please fill out and submit this form by pressing the submit button at the bottom of this page.
2. We will then email you a return number. Replies for under warranty, replacement or refund requests may take 1 to 3 days.
3. Then ship your unit to the address instructed by our returns department. We have several locations for returns.
4. Write the return number on the outside of the shipment. 
5. Please insure your shipment against possible damage with your shipper.
6. Keep your return number for future reference & for when corresponding with our returns department.
