Shipping Fees and Methods

How we calculate shipping and handling costs
Our shipping charge calculations are based on an average. We have too many items (over 800,000) to figure the weight for each item. So, we have averaged the cost of shipping a box based on weight and cost/distance. Depending on the distance and weight of the package some customers will pay more and some will pay less. This method keeps us within a reasonable amount of the actual cost we get charged without us having to enter the weight of each item. With over 800,000 items in our database it would become quite time consuming and costly to enter the weight of each item. We hope this explanation is clear and if you have any questions about our formula, please ask your sales/service representative. The amount we charge will show up on your receipt when you place your order. Our basic premise is that as long as our customers know in advance what they will be charged, we will have eliminated the fear that many online buyers have about being overcharged on their credit card after the product is shipped. We will charge what is on your receipt and if for some reason we made a mistake or can not honor this pledge then we will notify you by email or phone.

Additionally, if want us to ship the package on your shipping account we can do that for you. The field to enter that information is below the shipping drop down (see below).

We have a Heavy Large Items, Printers, Monitors category below for items that are very big and heavy. If you are not sure if the item is a Heavy item give us a call or email.

Orders placed by 9AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) will ship the same day except weekends and holidays.

UPS Ground (Brown) ( not Heavy Item) by 3:30 PM = 1 @ $17 plus $5 each	5-8 days from ship date by 3:30 PM
UPS 3rd Day (Orange) by 3:30 PM = 1 @ $33 plus $ 10 each	3 days from ship date by 3:30 PM
UPS 2nd Day ( Blue) by 3:30 PM = 1 @ $39 plus $18 each	2 days from ship date by 3:30 PM
UPS Red Overnight by 10:30 AM= 1 @ $57 plus $17 each	1 day from ship date by 10:30 AM
UPS International 2 Day Service = 1 @ $160 plus $45 each	2 days from ship date
UPS International 4 Day Service = 1 @ 120 plus $30 each	4 days from ship date

Fed Ex Standard Overnight by 3:30 PM = 1 @ $47 plus $21 each	1 day from ship date by 3:30PM
Fed Ex P1 Overnight by 10:30 AM = 1 @ $57 plus $23 each	1 day from ship date by 10:30AM
Fed Ex International 2 Day Service = 1 @ $160 plus $45 each	2 days from ship date
Fed Ex International 4 Day Service= 1 @ 120 plus $30 each	4 days from ship date

Note: As you change the quantity and recalculate your total quantity ordered the shipping charges in the drop down called shipping will adjust upward or downward. The amount and method you choose from the shipping drop down will end up in your receipt at
the end of the shopping/ordering process.
