Instructions:
1. Please fill out and submit this form by pressing the submit button at the bottom of this page.
2. We will then email you a return number. Replies for under warranty, replacement or refund requests may take 1 to 3 days.
3. Then ship your unit to the address instructed by our returns department. We have several locations for returns.
4. Write the return number on the outside of the shipping box or carton. 
5. Please use plenty of packing material and insure your shipment against possible damage with your shipper.
6. Keep your return number for future reference & for when corresponding with our returns department.

We will use UPS Ground or Fedx Ground when returning product back to you under warranty. If you wish, you can request a faster, more expensive shipping service back to you and elect to pay the cost of shipping back to you. Please specify below.
